The Surplus - Recap & Review
"The Surplus"
Original Air Date: 4 Dec 2008
Shannon - Two Cents Staff Writer
shannon@thetwocentscorp.com
Oscar tells Michael there’s a $4300 surplus in the office budget that has to be used before the end of the year or they’ll lose it. Michael needs him to break it down into lemonade stand terms, of course. Looks like a little hubba-hubba to me, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
