Memo From DunderMifflin

FROM: Dunder Mifflin Human Resources
TO: All Dunder Mifflin Employees

SUBJECT: Summer Weight Loss Initiative

Dunder Mifflin is very excited to present the Summer Weight Loss Initiative!

Each branch will be competing to lose the most weight over the course of the next seven weeks. Office weigh-ins will be conducted every week and reported to corporate by your Human Resource Representative. At the end of the seven weeks, the branch that loses the most weight WILL WIN THREE EXTRA VACATION DAYS!

Here at Dunder Mifflin we think our employees are great the way they are. However, studies indicate that a healthy lifestyle is likely to make you happier. Plus, your healthy lifestyle will help lower our insurance premiums, which makes the company happier. So we'll all be twice as happy.

Dunder Mifflin congratulates you all on your healthy beginnings and wishes you luck over the next seven weeks of this competition.

Regards,
Dunder Mifflin Management

I Love The Olympics

Slash chimes in on Jenna's kidnapping

Seriously. Slash. He wrote an open letter to Free Jenna Now and then did his part by appearing in a promotion video for "The Rocker." Too bad Rainn doesn't really know who Slash is.

The madness continues...

A new website just popped up: Free Jenna Now. "See a great movie. Save a good person." Go see "The Rocker" (in theaters August 20th) to help get Jenna out of the trunk!

Rainn Wilson: Obsessive-Compulsive Kidnapper

How does Rainn Wilson promote his new movie "The Rocker?" Through kidnapping and list-making. First off, on the MySpace page of Jenna Fischer, Wilson has posted a ransom note. Apparently, just as soon as "The Rocker" grosses 18.7 million dollars, Jenna will be released from the trunk of his Thunderbird and given a peach smoothie.

And over on the MySpace page of Kate Flannery, he has posted a list of marketing ideas to use if we want Jenna released sooner rather than later. My personal favorite: A bakesale.

So, go, see the movie. Start some Oscar (not THAT Oscar) buzz and save half of Jam!
