Season 5 - Episode 6 - Customer Survey

The sixth episode of "The Office" for Season Five is called "Customer Survey" on November 6, 2008.

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT—Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Jim (John Krasinski) are shocked when they get the results of the annual customer survey report. Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim decide they want to spend every minute together using their bluetooth phones. Meanwhile, Angela (Angela Kinsey) and Andy (Ed Helms) pick an unusual location for their wedding.

Season 3 - Episode 9 - The Convict

We all were introduced to Prison Mike in "The Convict" on November 30, 2006.

Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) tries to be supportive after learning that one of the new employees is an ex-convict, but gets upset when the staff starts to compare the office to prison. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) "coaches" Andy (guest star Ed Helms) when he decides to make a play for Pam (Jenna Fischer).

On March 24, 2005 we began our love affair with the people of Dunder Mifflin Paper in Scranton, PA. It was eerily like that paper company in England, but there was no David - there was Michael. There was no Tim there was Jim. Dawn was gone, but here was Pam.
