Being a week out from the SEASON FIVE premiere, we caught up with another Voice from within The Office Universe.
Trevor Einhorn has appeared in shows such as Joan of Arcadia, Sons and Daughters and played Frasier's son, Frederick, on Frasier. In the world of Dunder Mifflin, Trevor played "Justin" a kid just trying to get an internship at his high school's job fair. Michael didn't want him (at first) but we did so we could get his TwoCents on working on the show!

Trevor Einhorn: I started acting when I was five. My older sister of three years wanted to act, and I got schlepped to all the auditions. It was at one commercial audition when my sister came out with a cookie, and I said "wow they give you food at these things?" That was it, I was sold. Who knew that my love for cookies at age five would turn into a career.

SBO: You've been on shows such as Frasier, Joan of Arcadia and Brothers and Sisters - what path led you to playing the role of "Justin" in the "Job Fair" episode of "The Office"?
TE: In the entertainment industry every little opportunity has the potential to develop into something big. I have read for Allison Jones (casting director for The Office) before and I guess she must have seen how this part seemed to fit for me. I think that my prior work in Sons & Daughters, Joan of Arcadia, and Frasier really helped them see my potential to play Justin.
SBO: What was the experience like working on a show like "The Office" and shooting those scenes with Steve Carell, Jenna Fischer and the gang?
TE: Awesome! As a huge fan I was thrilled to see that my character had most of his scenes with Michael. Not only is Steve Carell hilarious but he is also a super nice guy. In fact, everyone on the cast and crew that I had the pleasure of meeting are warm and friendly people. You can tell that they enjoyed each others company. The thing that really struck me about the show is that even though it appears as though the show is improvised, it's actually planned out and executed to the "T", which I think is extremely challenging to accomplish. It was a true pleasure to work with such a professional group.
SBO: You share the same last name as Randall Einhorn - a director, and director of photography on The Office. The fans were curious - any relation?
TE: No relation, but before doing the show I was always curious after seeing his name in the credits if we were somehow related. We compared notes and we found nothing. We did share a similar sense of humor.
SBO: Could "Justin" be showing up again on "The Office? What else can we look forward to seeing you in soon?
TE: Well, thanks to fine blogs and webpages like this and a couple of fan emails to NBC anything is possible (wink wink). I would love to be a part of The Office in any way possible, so if your reading this writers/producers, I am available, I would even work for cookies. A lot of people have asked if I am coming back since they left it sort of open ended, so I guess we will see. Right now I have been auditioning very frequently which is a blessing, I have a couple things in the works that I can't talk about yet, but nothing to complain about. I have been working with a professional sketch comedy troupe in NY called the "Harvard Sailing Team." SBO's TwoCents Bonus Question: If someone were to climb off a desert island and only have time to watch five movies to learn what American cinema is all about, what five movies would you show them?
TE: Defending Your Life, The Godfather Part II, Tommy Boy, 3 Ninjas, and Waiting for Guffman.
